Tattoo appointments
- Submitting a booking form is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability and details.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment date. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
- You must be 18 or older to receive a tattoo. Valid ID may be requested.
- Tattoos are permanent. It is your responsibility to review and approve the design before we begin.
- We reserve the right to decline any request that conflicts with our artistic values or health and safety standards.
- Touch-up sessions for work done at our studio are offered free of charge within 3 months of the original appointment, subject to proper aftercare by the client.
Shop — orders & payment
- All prices are in euros (€) and include Belgian VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Orders are fulfilled manually. We aim to ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Belgium: €4.95. EU: €9.95.
- All shop items are limited runs. We cannot guarantee restocks once an item sells out.
Shop — returns & refunds
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at tattooclassicbrugge@gmail.com with a photo. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind on apparel or accessories once shipped.
- Art prints are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, photography, and content on this website are the property of Tattoo Classic Brugge. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Flash designs purchased as a tattoo do not transfer exclusive rights — the same design may be tattooed on other clients unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Tattoo Classic Brugge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bruges, Belgium.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
