The original Western tattoo tradition. Bold black outlines, flat colour fills, and iconic subjects — eagles, daggers, panthers, roses, anchors, pin-ups. American Traditional is engineered to age gracefully: the bold outlines prevent ink migration and the limited palette stays true for decades. Tattoo Classic Brugge is one of few studios in Belgium with deep roots in this discipline.
Irezumi-influenced tattooing with flowing composition, bold black anchoring, and saturated traditional colour. Subject matter drawn from centuries of Japanese tattooing: dragons, koi, tigers, hannya, peonies, chrysanthemums, waves, and wind. Each composition is designed to wrap and move with the body's contours. Available as single pieces or multi-session sleeve and bodywork.
Entirely in black ink. Bold linework, high contrast, strong graphic presence — no gradients, no colour, no filler. Traditional Blackwork is one of the most durable tattoo formats: it holds its structure across all skin tones and ages more cleanly than colour work over time. Ideal for bold geometric work, traditional subjects, and cover-ups.
Original pre-drawn designs from the studio — pre-priced and ready to tattoo. Walk in, point, done. Flash tattoos require no consultation and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a design is tattooed, it's retired permanently. The flash wall is updated regularly with new original drawings covering all three core styles.
